Homecoming Outfit?

PLEASE READ BELOW





I need a top for this year's homecoming dance. I'd prefer links, and no super obscure labels (I have super-sensitive skin and if I don't know the brand I could get a nasty rash from weird fabric. Cotton is preferred, but not 100%, cause that'll shrink.). Some labels I like are Hollister, Abercrombie, American Eagle. Why don't I do this myself you ask? Well, I can put together outfits for other people, but for the life of me can't do it for myself and begin second-guessing myself. Dress code rules are that I'm not allowed to wear tank tops. I think a super wide strap would be okay though. Price should be at maximum $30, because I need money for ballet shoes.

Reply:For $30, I say go to Target or Walmart, because I can't find anything of decent quality for a dance for under $90
