Do you consider this causual ?? i just started working @ new york && company &&we only wear casuals no jeans..

the tops i have are button up , so im sure il be able to pass w/ those, but i was just qustioning about these bottoms, they look similar to jeans, but they are labeled crops i plan on wearing them w/ sum flat balarina shoes..... :( idk ,, can i get some help ??
