New shoes...New Tan... New label please!!?

My brother is being bugged at school, tell me what you think he should do.


About two a month ago my parents bought him a new pair of shoes, Pumas. But because he uses them allot they got ruined. So he got a new pair this time he found a pair of Locoste for a reasonable price.


His class mates are always bothering him, saying he%26#039;s rich, and calling him rich boy. Its mainly done by a boy who%26#039;s parents are not very well off and can nor afford those kind of things.


It bothers him when they say that, and he wants them to stop but does not know how.


Recently we went away on vacation to the Dominican Republic, the same people are still on his case except more then ever.


My family is not rich, we are well off and my parents worked very hard to get to the place they are now.


What should he do??

New shoes...New Tan... New label please!!?
Because when lower class kids see higher class kids... even if you may not be rich rich... you guys still have money %26amp; it shows. It bothers them knowing that they could have that too, but they can%26#039;t. Jealousy, yeah.


But it%26#039;s not your brother.


Tell your brother not to get angry with them %26amp; to just be kind to them.


Kill them with kindness.

Reply:It%26#039;s not the shoes or DR, kids don%26#039;t make fun of other kids for specific reasons or what they have. They target whoever randomly, and when they see they can really get to a person they keep @ it.





Your brother let them know that being teased for this bothers him, so he kinda screwed himself that way. At this point he can either learn to not let things bother him so much, which is a very valuable life lesson. Or he can give into his dumb peers, and start dressing like a bum, which will just give his peers the message that he can be manipulated. So honestly your brother just needs thicker skin.
