Can i sue all major socks companies over this mess?

i keep buying white socks and every time I walk around outside or in a local gym with no shoes the bottom of my white socks gets dirty..i have read the package 456 times and there is no warning label forwarning me of this matter..and frankly im pissed over it

Yeah, I have a bone to pick with Levi Strauss over these damm dirty knees as well...If we put our heads together we may bank!
