Thinking about the government
The man in the trench coat," FTC Says it's ok to label imported aspirin powder based pills, as "Made in the USA" , if they are pressed and coated here.
The FDA says it takes a request under the freedom of information act to get info on where the aspirin powder is imported from. The national chain that has it's label on it won't divulge the name of the pill presser.
Where has the common sense gone?
Caveat emptor is Latin for "Let the buyer beware".
So again we know more about where the materials in our shoes come from than where the ingredients in the things we ingest, come from.

Look out kid They keep it All hid, Johny's in the basement, Mixing up the medicine...?
I cannot believe how lax our government is with our meds and food supplies. One of these f#ck ups is going to end up killing millions before it is over with. The government has sold the US out, we have been outsourced into having to import substandard foods and meds due to the fact we owe a certain country too much money to really crack down on what we get.
Sad, people are less important than the political maneuvers and the collateral damage they cause.

Reply:Not that this answers your question but: Perhaps all of this “beef contamination” that has been going on as of late, is caused by “terrorists” tainting our food supply.
OH man… man oh man!
If the department of Homeland Security catches wind of this, F.E.M.A. will have to put all them beat-up trailers in pastures so cattle have a place to hide!
