Anime Fans... Question about school...?

At your school, do you have your own little clique of what others call the "anime people"?


If you don't, then what are you and your friends labeled as?





My friends and I are labeled as one of three things:


a. crazy random people that you must scoot your desk away from!


b. dark and evil people plotting the school's demise


c. Goody two shoes





I don't mind a and b, but when you call me a goody two shoes, you've crossed the line!





So........ what do you get branded as?

Anime Fans... Question about school...?
My sister and I are the nerds(%26amp; geeks too), more commonly known as the smart twins(straight A students), who are usually excluded for most if not all social activities. Most of the kids in our school have never heard of anime,or have only seen the dub, and therefore judge very harshly when they found out we like anime. They think its immature and just a cartoon, and refuse to listen when we mention it. My best friends for 4 years won't even talk to me anymore, because I told them about it! %26gt;.%26gt;





Our favorite anime is One Piece, and when a guy that I made pretty good friends with(and was sort of crushing on) found out that I liked it, he started excluding me too because he little brother watches the dub, which happens to be the worst dub I've every seen. I was bummed T~T.

1.) at skool i mostly get labeled as emo (even tho im not)


2.) outside of skool i usually get labeled a prep (i know its the totall opposite than the first one?)





it suckz but i dont care cause my best friend is a total prep and i get along with her just fun even tho im more emo than any thing else

Reply:I'm known in school for liking anime... last year, people who didn't even know me signed my yearbook saying "Hey I don't know you much except that you love anime" XD And sometimes people come up to me and say "You like anime right...?" even I've never seen them before. Some of my friends are anime fans but like too many other things to be labeled as an 'anime person' above anything else. I don't hang out with the same people every single time so I don't think I have my own 'group' (other than at lunch where I sit with the same 5 people but none of us fit any label together).
Reply:Yeah...we were called the 'Anime Table'!! our classes would usually work to where me and my friends could hang out in Study Hall and talk about anime and manga :D thing is,....our table fell apart because our classes didn't work to that, and one of closest friends couldn't go to my school anymore T^T we are all still friends though..; ]

Even though I don't really believe in labels, I'd have to say we're either


1.) The crazy random retarded kids. (XD)


2.) Really loud kids.


3.) People who like things that are on fire, or go boom XD (well, that one is mostly me... but WHO CARES?)

4.) COOKIE LOVERS!! XD





We all love cookies. ^^


But I like explosions more than cookies. XD

Reply:None of my friends know i like Naruto honestly. I keep it a secret, because i feel i wont be "popular" anymore. And if they found out, I would probably be excluded. Yeah, thats how sad it is and i hate it.

Reply:Well, I don't really have anyone from all the people at school they called me nothing, but only my friend, she calls me Danna-sempai. And I call her nii-chan. :3 Yea, we're anime crazy and stuff and I'm trying to called my friends other Japanese names or something like that. :3

Reply:i dont get branded as an anime person or anything at school because im probably the only person in my whole school who even knows what anime is. it totally sucks...my friends dont like anime either :( none of them!!! but they are still pretty awsome. i wouldnt get labeled anyway, because not that many people know i like anime. idk why, its not because im like embarresed or anything, its just nobody ever asked. lol. only my best friends know i like anime, but it doesnt matter...because i could go around my school saying "I LOVE ANIME SO FRIKIN MUCH!!!!" annnnd everyone would be like "whos he?" lol

Nah, i'm not really branded about anime, they sometimes call me wierd but i do reply them.....then i get detention ....


though as you know i get lots of detentions T_T

Me and my group of friends are always called "Nerds." But we're not nerds at all! So what we're good at school! Doesn't mean we don't hate it as much as everybody else! (Except my friend Jake. He likes school... And reads the dictionary. I call him Queer-bag)


Me and my friend are also known as "Those crazy random people who are plotting world domination."


I'm also known as "Bessie the Cow Killer." Don't even ask on that one! (I love cows! Just idiotic boys who came up with this...)

Reply:Me and my friends are definenty A and B from your list. We also are labeled good for nothing emo's that have nothing better to do than cut ourselves and watch anime. In fact, only I wear black clothes. Also, we're known as the ninja's of the school. We've been known for beating the crap out of people for making fun of anime/manga. Yea, we ALWAYS resort to violence. (it's fun) Most people are afraid of us. (Especially when we show up at school with our ninja headbands) They all definently know better than to make fun of Gaara, Itachi, Kyo, and L!
Reply:nope nope- i am the only anime lover of my friends- other then you guys that is ^^- anyways-i am known as (along wiht my freinds) the randome people who laugh way to much for their own good..... also i am know as-sensative- cus well i don't cry in public but if someone does something really mean to me- i cry..in the bathroom- but i don;t think anyone like to make me cry cus i am oober awsome!! lol jkjk i am not that full of myself





i also hand in a clike that i like to call-Lost obbsesers, and another that is- singing outlound in the middle of the halls :P
Reply:me and my friends are not labeled anything that is because we are the best artistt in the college. you know people who like anime and maga turn out really good artist from practicing drawing anime characters and monsters and other stuff. some people know about animes and manga and this is what i do, i do presentations and stuff on anime and manga to change some people's view and guess what it's a success
